Nestled amidst the lush tea gardens of quaint Dibrugarh, the EFA Centre for Excellence is a state of the art equestrian facility maintained by the Equestrian Federation of Assam. The Centre is aimed at promoting equestrianism in the Northeastern region of India and imparting high quality equitation training to the riders of the region.

Infrastructurally, the Centre boasts of an international class dressage arena, a show jumping arena and an indoor arena. Although the Centre currently houses 10 horses, all of which are retired racehorses that have been retrained in Olympic disciplines, the Centre has the capacity to house over a hundred horses and riders, during peak competitions.
